Mom decides to get r-Thread for each child and keep all their medical records, nutritional needs and daily activities logged so that she and her immediate family can have access when needed.

  • Every family member and service provider is added to r-Thread with permissions set for each person
  • Reports can be made by anyone with permission and, every family member within the thread has the capability to view each child’s daily status and activities.
  • Every report is translated into data points and r-Thread alerts family members when trends occur.
  • All of the medical records, from immunizations to special needs services are consolidated as data or the documents are uploaded for easy accessibility.
  • Every family member has the ability to view the newest medication lists, medical history, emotional status, nutrition, important scanned documents and any pertinent information that is reported so that they can feel comfortable with each child’s care.
  • In an emergency-, or when needed, everyone has access to the information needed in real time on their personal devices.
